She spent several years in private practice and then completed her postgraduate training in periodontology and implantology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA.\r\nShe began her professional career in the U.S. as a faculty member in the Department of Periodontology at UNC, where she trained many residents and served as their Clinical Director. She was also the Director of the Implant Scholarship (granted by the International Team of Implantology \u2013 ITI) during her tenure at UNC. For the past 11 years she has been practicing in private practice in Chicago, USA.\r\nDr. Brodala is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and an ITI Fellow. She also holds membership in many national and international dental organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, and DGP (German Academy of Periodontology).\r\nShe nationally and internationally lectures on new concepts and advances in implantology and periodontology.
